How to Make Pancake


The HomeMakers Club successfully held its first practical session where students learned how to prepare delicious homemade pancakes. The session focused on proper measurement, mixing techniques, and safe cooking practices.

Under the guidance of Chef Mrs. Michael, students actively participated in each step of the preparation process.

  • Flour
  • Sugar
  • Baking Powder
  • Salt
  • Egg
  • Milk
  • Margarine
  • Oil
  • Pepper
  • Milk Flavour

👩🏽‍🍳 Procedure for Making Pancake

1️⃣ Mix the Dry Ingredients

In a clean bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix properly to ensure even distribution.

2️⃣ Add the Wet Ingredients

Add the egg, milk, and melted margarine to the dry mixture. Stir thoroughly until the batter becomes smooth and lump-free.

3️⃣ Heat the Pan

Place a frying pan on medium heat and lightly grease it with oil to prevent sticking.

4️⃣ Cook the Pancake

Pour a small ladle of batter into the heated pan.

Allow it to cook until bubbles appear on the surface.

Flip the pancake carefully and cook the other side until golden brown.

5️⃣ Serve

Serve hot with honey, jam, butter, or chocolate.
